Requirements of the Manufacturing Team Manager job in South Molton, Devon * A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing or operations and 1–3 years’ experience leading teams. * Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Operational Excellence, including 6S, Value Stream Mapping and Visual Management. * Experience with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D or A3, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change. * Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
