Office Manager - Abbatt Property Recruitment

Abbatt is a specialist property recruitment business, and our High Holborn office is home to a lively team of recruiters, account managers and finance staff. We're looking for an Office Manager to be the heart of the office: someone who keeps everything ticking along behind the scenes so our people can focus on what they do best.

What you'll be doing

• Making sure the office runs smoothly day to day for a fast-paced, busy team
• Ordering marketing materials, stationery, office supplies and equipment, and keeping on top of stock levels
• Acting as the main point of contact for our cleaners and external IT company
• Producing weekly reports for the CEO
• Planning and arranging events, from office parties to client entertainment
• Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with whatever they need
• Picking up ad hoc tasks as they come up. No two days will be the same!

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years' experience in an Office Manager or similar role
• Experience in a recruitment agency would be a real plus, but we're equally keen to hear from people who've worked in any medium-sized office
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a friendly, approachable manner
• Confidence liaising with suppliers, senior leaders and colleagues at every level
• Strong attention to detail and good written skills for reporting
