Sales Support Coordinator

Location: Head Office, Deeside

Department: Customer Services

Mon–Fri, 9:00am – 5:30pm

About Ralawise: We’re a leading B2B wholesale distributor of blank apparel for customisation, supplying 4,000+ styles across 120+ brands to printers, decorators and retailers across the UK & Europe.

What you’ll do:

• Own order processing and day-to-day account support (including sensitive accounts)
• Handle inbound calls/emails and resolve queries quickly
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery
• Keep meticulous records and meet KPIs (accuracy & call retention)
• Act as a key contact for Internal & Field Sales
