Talent Chief are partnering with an established international recruitment business that is continuing to invest heavily in its UK operation following an incredibly successful period of growth.

Having recently strengthened the team with another senior hire, they're now looking for a Recruitment Delivery Lead to take ownership of delivery across a number of their key client relationships and specialist markets.

You'll predominantly be working on professional and senior-level appointments with salaries ranging from approximately £50,000 to £100,000, creating the opportunity to work on genuinely interesting searches while earning strong commission from high-value placements.

The Opportunity

This role has been created for someone who is very good at recruitment delivery and wants to make that their focus.

You'll work closely with experienced consultants and senior leadership, taking ownership of vacancies across several specialist markets, including:

• Sales & Marketing
• IT & Data
• Change & Transformation
• Compliance

You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging and managing high-quality candidates through the recruitment process.

That means proper market mapping, headhunting and candidate engagement rather than simply firing out LinkedIn messages and hoping someone replies.

You'll have access to established client relationships and work on roles where finding the right person matters.

Most importantly, you won't be expected to suddenly become a salesperson six months after joining.

If you want to remain focused on delivery, you can.

If, however, you eventually want to develop your client-facing and business development skills and move into a 360 recruitment role, that opportunity will be there too.

What You'll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of delivery across multiple live vacancies.
• Recruiting professionals typically earning between £50,000 and £100,000.
• Mapping specialist candidate markets.
• Proactively headhunting and approaching passive candidates.
• Building strong talent pools across several professional sectors.
• Qualifying candidates properly rather than simply matching CVs to job descriptions.
• Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Working closely with senior consultants to understand client requirements.
• Providing market intelligence and feedback on searches.
• Building long-term relationships with senior-level candidates.
• Helping maintain a consistently high standard of delivery across the business.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the candidate side of recruitment.

You might currently be a:

• Senior Delivery Consultant
• Recruitment Consultant
• Senior Recruitment Consultant
• Candidate Manager
• Delivery Manager
• Principal Consultant who wants to step away from BD

Your exact job title isn't particularly important.

What matters is that you know how to find good people.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience within agency recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting ability.
• Experience recruiting professional or specialist roles.
• Confidence approaching passive candidates.
• Excellent candidate management skills.
• The ability to understand relatively complex briefs.
• A strong understanding of LinkedIn and other sourcing methods.
• The ability to manage several searches simultaneously.
• A genuine interest in becoming an expert within your candidate markets.

Experience across every sector isn't necessary.
