About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a recent graduate to join a growing organisation as a Graduate Data Analyst. This role is ideal for someone looking to kick-start their career in data, analytics, and business intelligence while gaining exposure to real-world projects and working alongside experienced professionals.

You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions, identify trends, and improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualisations for key stakeholders.
• Support the development and maintenance of business intelligence tools.
• Work closely with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
• Assist with data quality and governance initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

About You

• Degree educated in a relevant subject such as Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation techniques.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar analytical tools would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a data-focused career.
