The Role As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for carrying out comprehensive fire risk assessments across a range of commercial and residential premises, ensuring clients remain compliant with current fire safety legislation and best practice. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out detailed Fire Risk Assessments across a variety of properties Identifying fire hazards and assessing associated risks Producing clear, accurate and professional reports Providing practical recommendations to clients Advising on fire safety compliance and risk reduction Managing your own workload and diary Maintaining accurate assessment records Building strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders About You We're looking for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor with: Proven experience conducting Fire Risk Assessments Strong knowledge of current UK fire safety legislation and guidance Excellent report-writing and communication skills A professional and client-focused approach The ability to work independently and manage your own workload A full UK driving licence Relevant fire safety qualifications/accreditations Experience with PAS 9980, BS 9999, BS 9991 and/or other relevant fire safety standards would be advantageous.
