Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Oxfordshire | Salary: Negotiable + bonus and benefits | PQE: 5+

An established, friendly high street law firm is looking for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful Commercial team in Oxfordshire.

You'll manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, work closely with the Head of Commercial and play a part in the department's continued growth.

The Role

Your caseload will include:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases, including new lease terms, renewals, assignments and underletting
• Lease termination, forfeiture, protected tenancies and contracted-out leases
• Development agreements, options, conditional contracts and overage
• Easements, restrictive covenants and agricultural tenancies
• Related commercial contracts and business development

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with 3+ years' relevant experience
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial property and landlord and tenant work
• Commercially minded, client-focused and confident managing your own caseload
• Interested in building client relationships and supporting departmental growth
