Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and drive growth across your territory.
• Proactively research, identify and target mid-market and corporate businesses across Sussex and Hampshire.
• Build, manage and nurture a strong pipeline of prospective clients, converting opportunities into long-term relationships.
• Engage with key decision-makers at senior stakeholder level, including Finance Directors and C-suite executives.
• Understand client requirements and deliver tailored commercial insurance solutions.
• Develop a portfolio of clients with brokerage income opportunities ranging from £5,000 to £100,000.
• Drive new business revenue and achieve agreed growth targets.
• Work alongside dedicated back-office support to maximise your time spent prospecting, networking and winning new clients.

You’ll be a commercially minded insurance professional with a strong understanding of the commercial insurance market and a genuine appetite for new business.

You’ll be confident building relationships with senior decision-makers, proactive in identifying opportunities and skilled at developing a pipeline that delivers sustainable growth.
