Marketing Manager – Innovation & Partnerships

Are you an experienced innovation or brand leader who can spot opportunities, turn ideas into commercially viable concepts and bring people together to make them happen?

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager – Innovation & Partnerships to join the Müller Marketing Team and help shape the future of our portfolio. Reporting to the Segment Lead for Health & Innovation, you’ll lead our innovation strategy, develop new concepts and identify partnership opportunities that support our long-term growth.

This is a high-profile role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll work across established brands and emerging segments, including collaborations such as Müller x Myprotein, while building relationships with external partners, agencies, suppliers and co-manufacturers.

Your challenge

You’ll take a consumer-led approach to identifying new growth opportunities, using market, category and consumer insight to shape distinctive propositions and build a strong pipeline of products and partnerships.

Working closely with Brand, Insights, R&D, Technical, Manufacturing and Commercial teams, you’ll help take innovation from early-stage thinking through concept development and towards launch.

You’ll also play an important role in strengthening innovation capability across the business, influencing senior stakeholders and supporting the development of junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the innovation strategy, process and capability agenda across the business.
• Identify consumer, market and category trends that could unlock scalable growth.
• Work with Segment and Brand Leads to develop and maintain a rolling long-term innovation pipeline.
• Translate consumer insight into clear concepts, propositions and commercial recommendations.
• Identify external opportunities through strategic partnerships, licensing and collaborations.
• Build relationships with suppliers, agencies, co-manufacturers and other external partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams through concept creation, validation and early-stage delivery.
• Work with R&D and Technical teams to explore new products, ingredients, technologies and manufacturing capabilities.
• Monitor launch performance and lead post-launch reviews to improve future results.
• Coach and develop direct reports while supporting talent across the wider Marketing function.

About you

You may currently be working as an Innovation Lead, Head of Innovation, Senior Innovation Manager, Brand Innovation Lead or in a senior consumer marketing role with significant innovation responsibility.

You’ll bring:

• Experience developing and delivering brand, innovation or new product strategies.
• A strong understanding of consumer marketing, ideally gained within FMCG or another fast-moving consumer environment.
• Experience taking innovation from ideation and concept validation through to launch.
• The ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and confidence using insight and data to shape recommendations.
• Experience developing others and creating high-performing, collaborative teams.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage internal and external partnerships.

Experience within food, nutrition, health or wellness, or exposure to licensing and commercial partnerships, would be beneficial but is not essential.
