Accounts Payable Support Required ASAP

South Cambridge | £14.00 per hour + holiday pay | ASAP Start | Temp until end of Dec 2026

I am currently recruiting for a number of experienced Accounts Payable Assistants to join a global finance team and support with an AP project.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous AP experience who enjoy a busy, fast-paced finance environment and are confident processing a high volume of invoices/transactions accurately.

The role will include:

• Processing and posting high volumes of supplier invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Ensuring invoices and financial information are processed accurately and efficiently
• Supporting the wider Accounts Payable team with the delivery of a key project

What I’m looking for:

You must have some Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience and be confident processing invoices and completing supplier statement reconciliations.

Experience working within a large, high-volume organisation would be particularly beneficial, along with the ability to work accurately at pace and quickly adapt to established processes and systems.

The details:

Location: South Cambridge

Contract: Temporary until at least the end of December 2026

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

Working pattern: Fully office based

Pay: £14.00 per hour + holiday pay

Start: ASAP
