Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

They are on the lookout for an experienced and job-winning Senior Architect to hit the ground running for their team in Winchester.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect:

• Lead on a range of residential projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare building regulations, planning and technical information
• Produce design solutions and construction packages
• Liaise with clients and consultants to build and maintain strong working relationships

Requirements for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB registered
• Significant post RIBA qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficient with Revit or Vectorworks
• Experience managing projects within the residential sector
• Experience with Masterplanning is advantageous
• Experience working across all RIBA work stages
• Ability to contribute to and develop a robust pipeline of work for the client
• Experience managing more junior team members in a previous role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Winchester area
