Account Manager Location: Hybrid, with regular office attendance Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 + up to 5% performance bonus Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Syntech Recruitment are recruiting an Account Manager for a growing technical services business. You’ll manage an assigned portfolio of B2B customers across the UK and report to the Customer Relationship Manager. This is a relationship role, not a sales role, so there are no targets, pipeline or commission. Any sales opportunities you identify are handed to the Sales team. Benefits * £28,000 – £35,000 * Up to 5% performance bonus * Hybrid working * Mileage and travel expenses paid * Standard company benefits Account Manager Responsibilities * Planned contact with key stakeholders across your customer portfolio * Map stakeholders at each customer: operations, engineering, quality, procurement and management * Coordinate and attend customer business reviews; record actions and follow them through * Monitor customer health; escalate concerns, risks and revenue at risk * Track recurring customer requirements and follow up missed or delayed work * Identify growth opportunities and hand them to the relevant Sales owner * Maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot * Occasional customer site visits Account Manager Requirements * B2B customer engagement experience, ideally in a technical or service organisation * Account management, customer success or customer relationship support background * CRM experience; HubSpot desirable * Strong organisation and attention to detail * Confident preparing and presenting at customer reviews * ISO-accredited environment experience desirable * Microsoft Office * GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths Apply today.
