Lennox Recruitment is currently looking for a qualified and HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist to join our client on a FULLY REMOTE basis. The role focuses on employee wellbeing, rehabilitation, ergonomics, fitness for work assessments and workplace health promotion Key Responsibilities * Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop rehabilitation programmes * Provide functional capacity and fitness for work assessments * Support phased return-to-work plans following illness or injury * Undertaking workplace and ergonomic assessments across office and manufacturing environments * Recommend reasonable workplace adjustments in line with the Equality Act 2010 * Manage a caseload of employees requiring occupational rehabilitation support * Deliver wellbeing, musculoskeletal health and injury prevention initiatives * Maintain confidential clinical records and comply with HCPC professional standards Key Requirements * BSc (Hons)/MSc Occupational Therapy * Current HCPC Registration as an Occupational Therapist * Strong knowledge of rehabilitation, MSK conditions and workplace health * Exceptional communication and report-writing skills * A compassionate, proactive and employee-focused approach * Self-motivated Benefits * 25 days annual leave * Bupa Healthcare Cash Plan * Life insurance * Contributory pension scheme * Private GP appointments, counselling support, and wellbeing resources * Exclusive employee discounts Sound good?
