Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sourcing strategy, supplier performance, commercial value and supply resilience across a diverse international supplier base. You will play a key role in supporting business growth, managing risk and developing a high-performing procurement and supply planning team.

Your new role

• Develop and deliver the procurement strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and contract management activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and external partners.
• Drive cost optimisation, supplier performance and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Lead and develop a procurement and supply planning team.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across operations, commercial, finance and technical functions.
• Deliver continuous improvement across procurement processes, systems and governance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven leadership experience within procurement, sourcing or category management.
• Strong commercial and negotiation capability.
• Demonstrable experience managing complex supplier relationships and procurement programmes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making.
• Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing or another fast-paced product-led environment would be advantageous.
