Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) – Property | 6+ PQE | Commercial & Residential Property | Hybrid Working

Looking to step away from fee-earning while remaining at the forefront of Property law?

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded legal team in a strategic Professional Support Lawyer role, supporting both Commercial Property and Residential Property teams.

This is a key position focused on technical excellence, knowledge sharing, training and innovation, with the opportunity to influence best practice across the wider Property department.

The Role:

• Develop and maintain precedents, templates and practical guidance
• Provide technical support and research on complex Property matters
• Deliver legal training and support the development of lawyers at all levels
• Monitor and communicate legislative and regulatory changes
• Prepare client updates and contribute to thought leadership and business development
• Support legal technology, process improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Promote consistency, collaboration and best practice across the teams

About You:

• Solicitor with 6+ years' PQE in Commercial Property and/or Residential Property
• Previous PSL experience would be advantageous, although strong fee-earners looking to move into a knowledge-focused role are encouraged to apply
• Excellent technical knowledge of Property law
• Strong drafting, research and communication skills
• Experience providing training, guidance or mentoring to colleagues
• Proactive, organised and commercially aware
