Executive Talent Solutions are working with a leading Business Services group to recruit an experienced Payroll Coordinator.

The business is a market leader in their field with ambitious plans for further expansion over the next 5 years. They are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join the team.

The successful Payroll Coordinator will work in their North West London office 3 days per week with 2 WFH. The role offers a salary between £30,000 and £35,000 plus benefits.

Key responsibilities include:

• Run weekly payroll for up to 300 employees using the payroll system and CRM Process overtime, bonuses, commissions, allowances, expenses, holiday pay, deductions and other payroll adjustments.
• Process authorised changes to employee payroll information received from management and HR
• Make adjustment for SSP, SMP and SPP.
• USE HMRC tax codes to ensure employees are in correct tax bands
• Maintain employee records and data
• Assist with HMRC payroll reporting
• Support various payroll audits by maintaining GDPR standards
• Investigate and resolve payroll queries

Candidates applying should have a minimum of 12 months' payroll experience and be wanting to work in a fast paced environment.
