A leading, well-established regional HVAC & Refrigeration specialist is looking for a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to cover service, maintenance, and fault-finding across London and the Home Counties. What’s on Offer: * Competitive Basic Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 (reviewed based on experience) * True Door-to-Door Pay: Get paid from the moment you leave your driveway * Uncapped Overtime: Excellent premium rates for out-of-hours work * Manageable Rota: Standby rota of 1-in-4 or 1-in-5 with a generous standby allowance * Company Vehicle: Modern, fully-equipped van (available for personal use), fuel card, specialist tools, uniform, and PDA Key Responsibilities: * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns on commercial refrigeration systems. * Work on a variety of systems including pack systems, cold rooms, cellar cooling, display cabinets, and commercial chillers. * Troubleshoot electrical controls, temperature monitoring systems, and microprocessor boards. * Provide exceptional customer service to commercial clients, including retail, hospitality, and corporate estates. What We Are Looking For: * City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Category 1 (Essential) * Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration service and maintenance. * Strong electrical fault-finding skills and understanding of control systems logic. * Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 penalty points. * A proactive attitude and a willingness to participate in the standby rota.
