The Role

As a Customer Service Executive, you'll provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful and tailored to individual needs.

You'll handle a variety of enquiries across multiple communication channels while working closely with colleagues to deliver the highest levels of customer service and meet key service standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email, webchat and written correspondence.
• Providing clear, accurate and professional information to customers.
• Understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Managing a wide range of customer requests and queries efficiently.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and service objectives.
• Ensuring all customer interactions are handled accurately and in line with regulatory and service standards.
• Supporting continuous improvements to customer service processes.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Contributing positively to team meetings and knowledge-sharing activities.

About You

We're looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy helping customers and take pride in delivering a first-class service.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous customer service experience within a regulated environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to explain complex information in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
• A strong customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering positive outcomes.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• The ability to remain calm and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
