MRICS or AssocRICS qualified and experienced in residential surveying and valuations?

We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a well-established and growing surveying practice, covering East London postcodes E, IG, RM, SE and N.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out RICS Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys
• Undertake residential property valuations, including private valuations
• Conduct residential and commercial property inspections
• Complete HomeBuyer Reports and Building Surveys
• Deliver accurate surveys and valuations in line with RICS standards and best practice
• Provide professional advice and guidance to clients throughout the survey process
• Maintain high standards of reporting, documentation and compliance
• Manage your own workload and appointments effectively
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business

Residential Surveyor Requirements

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
• Registered Valuer (VRS)
• Degree qualified in Surveying or a related discipline
• Strong technical knowledge of residential construction, building defects and property condition
• Experience undertaking residential surveys and valuations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
• Professional approach to client relationships and service delivery
• Full UK driving licence
