Patcher / Multi-Trade Operative – Coventry Location: Coventry, willing to travel Job Type: Temporary Start Date: ASAP Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Patcher / Multi-Trade Operative to work on a residential refurbishment project in Coventry, on behalf of one of the UK's leading drylining and interior refurbishment contractors. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and highly skilled individual who can work efficiently, maintain excellent standards and complete work to tight deadlines. Duties Include: * Carrying out patching, plastering and general making-good works inside residential properties. * Repairing walls, ceilings and damaged surfaces. * Completing snagging and finishing works to a high standard. * Undertaking general multi-trade tasks where required. * Working quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality. * Ensuring all work areas are kept clean, tidy and safe. Requirements: * Previous experience in patching, plastering or multi-trade refurbishment work. * Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently. * Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship. * Must be reliable, punctual and able to work at a fast pace. * Valid CSCS card preferred. * Own tools and PPE. * Available to start ASAP.
