We're partnering with a highly regarded independent digital agency that's built an impressive reputation for delivering measurable growth through data-driven media planning, performance marketing, and innovative audience strategies. As a result of continued success, they're looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to join their growing Paid Media team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who enjoys managing client relationships, driving campaign performance, and influencing wider business growth.

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of paid media accounts across Paid Search and Paid Social, working closely with clients to deliver outstanding performance and strategic recommendations.

You'll become a trusted client partner, leading day-to-day communications, presenting campaign performance, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to new business initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
• Overseeing campaign performance, optimisation, testing strategies, and budget pacing
• Building media plans and delivering insightful client reports
• Leading client meetings and presenting performance results
• Identifying growth opportunities and upselling additional solutions where relevant
• Supporting wider strategic planning and business development activity
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members
• Keeping up to date with platform developments and industry best practice

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' experience within a digital media agency environment
• Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta platforms
• Proven experience managing paid media budgets
• Confident client management and stakeholder communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Experience presenting campaign insights and recommendations
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Passion for digital marketing, media, and performance marketing
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
