RG Consultancy are supporting an excellent law firm who are looking for a Legal Cashier to join their finance team based out of their Blackburn office.

The role will report to the Finance Manager and work alongside a team of Legal Cashiers and responsibilities will include:

• Process client and office transactions
• Daily banking tasks - bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy
• Petty cash reconciliations
• Processing payments accurately and on time - bank transfers
• Purchase ledger administration
• Monthly reconciliations of nominal ledger
• Recording payments received
• Assist with year end audit preparation

This role is ideal for someone with prior experience within a Legal Cashier role but likewise can consider someone from an accounting background who is used to being part of a team.
