Production Operative – Henfield Location: Henfield, West Sussex Job Type: Full-time / Temporary Pay: £12.71 Shift pattern: 07:30-15:30 We are recruiting for a reliable Production Operative to join a busy production team in Henfield. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the production line, with full training provided for the right candidate. What you’ll be doing Operating production machinery and equipment as trained Assembling, packing, labelling, and preparing products Carrying out basic quality checks and reporting any faults or issues Feeding materials into machinery and monitoring the production process Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised Following health and safety procedures and company instructions Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets Production Operative roles typically involve operating machinery, assembling products, packaging finished goods, carrying out quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
