We're working with welcoming and supportive schools across Basingstoke to recruit caring, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who want to make a lasting difference in children's lives.

As an SEN TA, you'll support pupils with additional needs, helping them develop confidence, build independence and achieve their full potential. From one-to-one assistance to small-group learning, you'll play an important role in creating a positive and inclusive school environment.

You may support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural challenges, adapting your approach to meet their individual needs.

Your Experience, Your Opportunity

Whether you've worked as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Early Years Practitioner or in a specialist SEN setting, your experience could be a great fit.

Experience supporting KS1 or KS2 pupils is beneficial but not essential. We welcome applications from experienced professionals and those looking to start a career supporting children with special educational needs.

• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
