Salary - Basic - £25,420 - OTE 52,950

Hours - Mon – Fri 8:30am – 6pm – Sat 9am - 5pm, 5-day week

Full license and own car required.

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team in Wanstead.

With a high-profile portfolio of properties, they are seeking an articulate, well-presented and motivated individual with excellent negotiation skills and a genuine passion for the property industry.

Previous experience as a negotiator, along with a strong knowledge of the property sector, is essential. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

You will play an important role in maintaining our client’s excellent reputation for honesty, outstanding service and first-class communication, while building strong relationships with clients and achieving successful results.

Duties

• Registering, qualifying and managing prospective buyers and tenants
• Arranging and conducting professional property viewings
• Following up with applicants after viewings and negotiating offers
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants and applicants
• Proactively matching applicants with suitable properties based on their requirements
• Maintaining regular and effective communication with clients throughout the sales and lettings process
• Identifying and generating new business opportunities to support continued growth
• Working towards and consistently achieving individual and branch targets
• Delivering an exceptional level of customer service throughout the entire customer journey
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to maximise opportunities and grow the lettings portfolio
