Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
• In charge of Specials development
• Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production
• Manage food safety procedures, maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
• Oversee food presentation and ensure consistency across all menu items
• Lead kitchen operations during shifts, including inventory management and ordering supplies
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to develop their culinary skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and professionalism

Experience

• Proven culinary experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Supervising experience in a busy kitchen environment
• Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen
• Experience in hospitality or serving roles is advantageous but not essential
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including inventory control and customer service
