HAYS Education is recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils within a Secondary school in Tower Hamlets.We are looking for confident, caring and reliable TAs who have experience supporting young people with complex SEN and additional needs.The role will include:

• Supporting secondary-aged pupils with a range of SEN
• Providing personal care support where required
• Manual handling, including supporting pupils with mobility needs
• Working closely with teachers and the wider SEN team
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
• Helping pupils access learning and develop greater independence
• Supporting pupils' wellbeing, communication and engagement throughout the school day

We are looking for:

• Male and female SEN Teaching Assistants
• Previous SEN, complex needs, care or healthcare experience
• Experience and confidence with personal care
• Manual handling experience or training
• A patient, resilient and positive approach
• Candidates able to work full-time in Tower Hamlets
