• Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favourable terms.
• Address client concerns promptly and maintain high levels of service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Profile

A successful Account Manager should have:

• Experience in sales or account management, ideally within the FMCG/Consumer sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving client challenges.
• Ability to analyse market trends and apply insights effectively.
• Proficiency in managing multiple accounts and prioritising tasks.
