Benefits Competitive pay rate of £18.00 - £22.00 per hour (depending on experience) Overtime opportunities available Early finish every Friday 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Permanent, full-time position Supportive and experienced engineering team Stable and growing manufacturing business Key Responsibilities Program, set and operate CNC machinery Prove out new programs and make adjustments where required Optimise machining processes to improve efficiency and productivity Work with FANUC, HURCO or similar CNC control systems Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Manufacture precision components to tight tolerances Carry out quality inspections to ensure components meet required standards Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment Work closely with production and engineering teams to achieve production targets Skills & Experience Required Minimum of 3 years' CNC programming experience Experience in CNC Milling and/or CNC Turning (Lathe) Strong machining and manufacturing background Ability to set, run and prove out CNC programs independently Good understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances and quality standards Knowledge of FANUC, HURCO or similar control systems is advantageous Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Positive, proactive and team-oriented approach Apply TodayIf you are an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter looking for a secure permanent role with excellent working hours, overtime opportunities and long-term career prospects, we would like to hear from you.
