MET Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for an established client based in the Kingswinford area. The successful candidate can potentially be taken on permanently after a successful probation period. Duties Operate production machinery and equipment safely and correctly Prepare, process, and pack food products according to specifications Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all times Maintain a clean and tidy work area in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards Support line changeovers and cleaning activities Report equipment faults, product defects, or safety concerns to supervisors Work as part of a team to achieve production and operational goals Skills and Requirements Good communication, need for basic English and teamwork skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Desirable Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment Experience operating production machinery Working hours 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday Pay Rate £13.33 per hour (paying 37.5 hours per week) If you feel you are suitable for this role, please call us on (phone number removed) and ask to speak to the Industrial team.
