EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant

• Location: Blackpool area
• Start Date: Immediate Start Available
• Hours: Full-Time, 37 Hours per Week
• Contract: Ongoing until Summer 2027

We are currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school seeking an experienced Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting young children during the crucial early stages of their education.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Supporting pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Assisting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging learning activities.
• Helping to create a positive, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
• Providing both group and 1:1 support where required.
• Encouraging children's social, emotional, and academic development.
• Supporting classroom preparation and daily routines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Holds a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification.
• Has previous experience working within an EYFS setting.
• Is proactive, organised, and able to work independently when required.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is committed to helping children achieve their full potential.
• Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
