We are looking to recruit a permanent Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy and growing team based in Horsham.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced recruitment environment, working closely alongside an experienced Recruitment Consultant. Your role will involve candidate sourcing, headhunting and market mapping, helping to identify and engage top talent across our specialist markets.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively sourcing high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, our CRM, referrals and other recruitment tools
• Conducting candidate searches, headhunting and market mapping across specialist sectors
• Screening candidates through telephone and video interviews to assess their skills, experience and career aspirations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Writing, posting and managing job adverts across multiple platforms
• Supporting consultants by identifying suitable candidates for live vacancies
• Maintaining accurate candidate records within our recruitment database
• Keeping up to date with trends within the insurance and financial services recruitment markets.
• Working closely with and learning from experienced consultants to develop your recruitment knowledge and skills

Previous recruitment, sales, customer service, insurance or financial services experience would be advantageous but is not essential. We are equally interested in individuals with the right attitude, work ethic and desire to learn.
