The role

• Advise on rural property transactions and land-related matters
• Assist with crofting, agricultural and estate-related work
• Support clients on forestry, land management and rural business matters
• Work on natural capital and net-zero projects
• Assist with community land and land reform initiatives
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

About you

• Scottish-qualified Solicitor
• Interest in rural property, land or agricultural law
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised and able to manage a varied workload
• Commercially aware and client-focused
• Eager to develop within a specialist practice area

You'll be joining a respected rural property team known for its expertise across crofting, agriculture, estates and land reform matters.
