You will be responsible for showing properties, negotiating lets, building relationships with landlords and tenants, conducting property viewings and generating new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be confident winning instructions, negotiating deals and identifying opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio while providing a professional and personable service.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Register prospective tenants, understand their requirements and match them with suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing professional advice throughout the process
• Negotiate rental offers between landlords and prospective tenants to secure successful lets
• Generate new business opportunities and assist with winning landlord instructions
• Maintain regular contact with landlords, tenants and applicants, following up leads and enquiries
• Progress agreed lets through referencing, tenancy paperwork and move-in arrangements

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings or estate agency
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Confident communication skills with a professional telephone manner
• Proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated approach to work
• Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
• Knowledge of Archway and the surrounding North London areas would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
