A leading Top 20 UK accountancy practice is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join its growing tax team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate tax professional looking to build their advisory experience, work closely with Partners and Directors, and play a key role in delivering high-quality tax solutions to a diverse client base.

The Role

You will advise a broad portfolio of owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurial clients and corporate groups, delivering a mixture of compliance oversight and complex advisory projects, including:

• Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
• Share schemes and employment-related securities
• Mergers, acquisitions and tax due diligence
• EIS/SEIS advisory work
• Corporate tax planning and risk management
• Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser
• Reviewing work and mentoring junior team members

About You

• CTA, ACA and/or ACCA qualified
• Strong corporate tax experience gained within practice
• Experience managing client relationships and overseeing assignments
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
• Keen to develop and progress within a forward-thinking firm
