The opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Interim Finance Manager. This position is a 6-month contract, with the potential to become a permanent opportunity.

You can take ownership of month-end, financial reporting, and management accounting.

You'll join an established finance team and quickly immerse yourself in the business, building strong relationships from day one. Your role will be to bring clarity and leadership to the month-end process, ensuring the information reaching the board is accurate, timely and genuinely insightful.

You will be:

• Leading the month-end and management reporting process from start to finish
• Managing, supporting and developing an established management accounts team
• Making sure monthly reporting is accurate and delivered to deadline
• Digging into financial performance, investigating key movements and variances
• Working closely with the wider finance team to improve reporting and month-end processes

What you'll bring:

You're a credible, approachable leader who builds relationships quickly and gets the best out of an established team. You've led and developed finance teams before, and you know how to make a difference without losing the goodwill of the people around you.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Proven experience leading finance teams
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience
• Excellent month-end and reporting knowledge
• A collaborative, hands-on approach
