Job Title: Production Operator (Morning & Afternoon Shifts) Location: Bromsgrove Hours: Morning and Afternoon shift available, 40 hours per week Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and skilled Production Operator to join our fast-paced food production team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to maintaining high food safety standards. You will be responsible for operating production machinery, supporting food packing processes, and ensuring compliance with HACCP and quality control procedures. Key Responsibilities: * Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation * Pack food items according to company standards and specifications * Conduct routine equipment checks and perform basic maintenance as required * Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols, including HACCP guidelines * Assist with the preparation and processing of food products in line with established recipes * Maintain accurate records of production output and report any operational issues * Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets * Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the workplace Experience and Skills: * Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential * Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety standards is advantageous * Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment Additional Requirements: * Own transport is essential due to the location and shift start times If you are passionate about food production and possess the skills necessary for this role, we encourage you to apply and become part of our dedicated team
