We are recruiting for a permanent opportunity with a leading contractor delivering responsive repairs services across Harrow and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation, overseeing day-to-day repairs operations and ensuring high levels of service delivery for residents. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise responsive repairs and maintenance works Lead a team of operatives and subcontractors across a busy social housing contract Monitor productivity, quality, and performance against KPIs Carry out pre-inspections and post-inspections where required Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to the required standard Investigate and resolve service issues and escalations Maintain strong relationships with residents, clients, and internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures Requirements Previous experience as a Repairs Supervisor within social housing Strong knowledge of responsive repairs and maintenance services Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills Good understanding of health and safety regulations Full UK driving licence Package £40,000 basic salary Company van provided Fuel card provided Permanent position Career progression opportunities Immediate interviews availableIf you have experience supervising responsive repairs within social housing and are looking for your next permanent opportunity, we'd like to hear from you
