Senior Account Manager- B2B

Circa £45,000 DOE + Bonus | West London | Hybrid after probation

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Account Manager for an established international business specialising in corporate clothing design and supply, based in Hammersmith, West London.

This is a commercially focused B2B Account Management role, managing an established portfolio of UK and international clients. You'll be responsible for developing existing accounts, building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring excellent service delivery.

You do not need experience in fashion, apparel or corporate clothing. We're looking for someone with solid B2B account management experience gained within a service or product-based business.

The Role

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of B2B clients, including major international accounts.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, increase revenue and improve profitability.
• Take ownership of account budgets, sales forecasts, margins and commercial performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client contacts and key decision-makers.
• Manage client contracts, pricing, costings and commercial negotiations.
• Oversee projects and new product launches from initial brief through to delivery.
• Work closely with Production, Design, Product Development and Finance teams.
• Manage stock forecasts, delivery schedules and client expectations.
• Prepare client proposals, presentations and account performance reports.
• Support and coordinate Client Services Executives.

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager, Key Account Manager or experienced B2B Account Manager.
• Strong background in managing and growing existing B2B accounts within a service or product-based business.
• Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets, revenue and profitability.
• Confident building relationships with senior stakeholders and handling commercial negotiations.
• Well organised, with the ability to manage several accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable taking ownership of client relationships.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM or account management systems.

Industry experience is not essential. We're interested in experienced B2B Account Managers from a range of sectors who can demonstrate strong commercial skills and the ability to manage complex client accounts.

Location and Working Arrangements

Based in West London.

Hybrid working is available following successful completion of the six-month probation period, with up to two days working from home and a minimum of three days in the office.

Some UK and international travel will be required.

Salary and Benefits

• Circa £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
