FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established electrical wholesale business with the recruitment of a Sales Executive (Electrical).

Permanent, full-time position based in Market Harborough.

Salary

Negotiable depending on experience + monthly and annual bonus + profit share + additional benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with new and existing trade customers
• Handle sales enquiries by telephone, email and in person
• Generate new business and identify opportunities to grow branch sales
• Prepare quotations and follow up opportunities to secure orders
• Provide customers with product advice across electrical wholesale products
• Build strong relationships with electricians, contractors and commercial customers
• Work closely with the wider branch team to achieve sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information
• Support account growth and repeat business
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within sales, internal sales or account management
• Electrical wholesale experience would be highly advantageous
• Good knowledge of electrical products and the trade market would be beneficial
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to sales
• Confident dealing with customers by telephone and face-to-face
• Strong organisation and relationship-building skills
• Motivated to achieve targets and develop within the business
