Commercial Marketing Manager - Premium Spirits Portfolio

Location: Hybrid, UK

Salary: Up to £70k Competitive + Bonus + Benefits

A global category-leading spirits supplier is seeking an ambitious Commercial Marketing Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of premium and super-premium brands within the UK market.

This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial business in a broad commercial role that sits at the intersection of Sales and Marketing. You'll be responsible for driving brand performance, identifying growth opportunities, leading commercial initiatives, and working cross-functionally to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

The Opportunity

As Commercial Marketing Manager, you'll act as the key custodian of your brand portfolio, working closely with internal teams, customers and international stakeholders to develop and execute winning commercial plans.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering commercial growth strategies for your portfolio.
• Owning annual planning, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Identifying opportunities to accelerate sales, distribution and profitability.
• Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure brand plans translate into commercial success.
• Managing relationships with international brand owners and key stakeholders.
• Analysing market, customer and competitor trends to inform decision-making.
• Leading cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Supporting pricing, promotional planning and route-to-market initiatives.
• Monitoring portfolio performance and recommending actions to maximise results.

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded FMCG professional who combines strong analytical capability with excellent stakeholder management skills.

You'll also bring:

• Experience within FMCG, beverages or spirits.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Experience influencing multiple stakeholders across a business.
• Strong forecasting, planning and budgeting capability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on and execution focused.
