If you’re passionate about providing high-quality care, have a proactive approach to managing behaviour, and want to be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you! 📍 Location: Hackney 💷 Pay: £15.00 per hour (PAYE) 🗓️ Shift Pattern: Saturdays & Sundays, 1pm–6pm 🔄 Working Pattern: 3 weekends on / 3 weekends off 💙 What Will You Be Doing? Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support. Proactively managing behaviour and using effective de-escalation techniques. Communicating clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Building positive relationships and working collaboratively within a small team.
