What you'll be doing: Managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Responding to enquiries via email, telephone and Teams. Handling quotations, orders and delivery enquiries. Proactively resolving customer issues and finding solutions. Liaising with internal departments to ensure excellent service. Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records. Managing multiple tasks and prioritising workloads. What we're looking for: Experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Sales Support or Administration. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Confident IT skills and experience using multiple systems.
