Job Description:

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn the recruitment process from end to end, developing relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing a structured recruitment training programme
• Developing a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and specialist sectors
• Identifying and approaching high-quality candidates
• Building and maintaining candidate relationships
• Developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Understanding client requirements and matching them with suitable candidates
• Using industry-leading recruitment technology and platforms
• Managing vacancies through the recruitment process
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Developing your sales, negotiation and communication skills

Requirments:
