Tezlom Healthcare is recruiting experienced Team Leaders to pick up flexible bank shifts in a care home based in Staines, TW18 Key Responsibilities * Supporting the nurse in charge with medication administration and related duties within the care home * Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with washing, dressing, toileting and daily living activities * Leading and supporting care staff to ensure residents receive high-quality care * Promoting residents' dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times * Ensuring care plans, medication procedures and health and safety guidelines are followed * Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns to the nurse in charge * Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the care home and ensuring a high standard of care Requirements * Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Carer in a care home setting is essential * Experience in medication administration is essential, as you will be supporting the nurse with medication duties * Experience providing personal care to residents * Experience leading or supervising care staff * NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care is advantageous but not essential * Valid Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one * Full set of mandatory training certificates or willingness to complete the required training * Good communication and leadership skills, reliability and a caring, professional approach What We Offer * Flexible bank shifts to fit around your existing commitments * The opportunity to pick up additional shifts subject to availability * Competitive hourly pay * Ongoing support from the Tezlom team * The opportunity to make a positive difference to residents' lives If you are an experienced Team Leader or Senior Carer with strong medication administration skills, leadership experience and a passion for delivering high-quality care, we would love to hear from you Apply today to join Tezlom Healthcare
