Your new company
A fast-growing Lincoln-based company is looking for a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for a 3-6-month period as they head into their busiest financial period of the year.

Your new role

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries
• Preparing and processing payment runs
• Maintaining supplier accounts and records
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
• Assisting with month-end finance processes as required
• Supporting external audit requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous substantial experience within Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger
• Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy, able to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• You will be living in the Lincoln area as the role is 100% office-based and will have your own transport due to the rural location
