They provide consultancy services to organisations within the Health, Science & Education sectors, supporting clients through all stages of project delivery.

Description

• Provide expert cost management and quantity surveying for life sciences and healthcare projects.
• Lead the financial planning and budgeting process for construction initiatives.
• Oversee project costs to ensure delivery within budget and agreed timelines.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, procurement strategies, and tender evaluations.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver value.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, including NHS requirements.
• Support the development of junior team members through mentoring and guidance.
• Provide strategic advice on cost-saving opportunities and risk management.

Profile

A successful Associate Director Quantity Surveyor should have:

• Full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
• Proven experience in quantity surveying and cost management within construction.
• Familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or education projects.
• Strong understanding of NHS frameworks and requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and procurement strategies.

Job Offer

• Salary between £80,000 and £95,000, dependent on the level of experience.
