We're looking for an experienced Head of Operations to support a growing organisation through an exciting period of change and growth. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, providing leadership across multiple departments while ensuring the business continues to deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing operational leadership across multiple teams and functions
• Reviewing and improving processes to increase efficiency and productivity
• Leading, motivating, and developing managers and their teams
• Monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions
• Managing budgets, resources, and workforce planning
• Delivering operational change and improvement projects
• Working closely with senior leadership to support business objectives
• Ensuring service delivery standards are maintained and continuously improved
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Producing reports and analysing performance data to support decision-making

About You

You'll be an experienced Head of Operations, Operations Director, or Senior Operations Manager with a proven track record of delivering results.

You will have:

Extensive operational leadership experience

Strong people management and coaching skills

Experience managing budgets and driving commercial performance

A track record of improving systems, processes, and efficiencies

Excellent stakeholder management skills

The ability to adapt quickly and hit the ground running

A proactive, solutions-focused approach
