Basic salary up to £67,000 + Generous Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

We are partnering with an established fire and safety technology business to appoint a commercially driven National Account Manager - Fire & Rescue Service.

This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional with established UK Fire & Rescue Service experience to take ownership of strategic accounts, develop new business and drive sustainable revenue growth within a critical life-safety market.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing relationships across UK Fire & Rescue Services, strengthening existing partnerships and identifying opportunities to expand the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing strategic account plans across existing, lapsed and prospective customers.
• Driving revenue growth, profitability and customer retention.
• Identifying and securing opportunities through public-sector tenders, frameworks and procurement processes.
• Building relationships with senior stakeholders, procurement teams, specifiers and key decision-makers.
• Translating customer needs and market insight into compelling commercial and product propositions.
• Working collaboratively with internal technical, product and commercial teams to maximise opportunities.
• Monitoring market developments and competitor activity to strengthen the company's position.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience selling products or solutions into UK Fire & Rescue Services.
• A track record in national account management, strategic sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of public-sector procurement, tenders, frameworks and contracts.
• Demonstrable success in growing accounts, winning new business and developing long-term customer relationships.
• Commercial acumen, including revenue growth, forecasting, pricing and margin management.
• A proactive, relationship-led approach with the flexibility to travel nationally.

Experience within fire safety, home safety or life-safety technology would be advantageous.
