Join Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue
We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace where everyone is valued, respected and empowered to contribute their skills, experience and perspectives. Diversity of backgrounds, experiences and ideas strengthens our ability to work together to create safer communities.
Following approval of the Response Review, Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue is increasing its wholetime firefighter establishment as part of a wider programme of change designed to strengthen operational resilience, improve workforce sustainability and align resources more effectively to risk and demand across the county.
This includes the introduction of 24/7 wholetime cover at Grantham and additional posts across our day-crewed stations. We are therefore seeking experienced, competent wholetime Crew Managers from other Fire and Rescue Services to transfer into Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue.
Successful applicants will play an important role in supporting the implementation of the new response model and the continued delivery of an effective and resilient operational response across Lincolnshire.
Please note that successful applicants may be posted to any wholetime-crewed station within Lincolnshire, based on Service needs and operational requirements.
